Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access itgla.com, download ITGLA, or use the desktop application.
Acceptance
By using ITGLA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software. If you use ITGLA for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Software license
Use of the software is subject to the license and notices distributed with the applicable release. No ownership, trademark, or other rights are transferred except those expressly granted. Do not remove notices or misrepresent ITGLA as your product.
Acceptable use
Do not use ITGLA or the website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, bypass access controls, overload public services, or expose another person's confidential infrastructure data.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, security, backups, and authorized use of information you enter or import. IP addresses, ports, credentials, and infrastructure details can be sensitive. ITGLA is an inventory tool, not a password vault, monitoring service, backup service, or substitute for professional security review.
Updates and compatibility
Releases may add, remove, or change features. Review release notes and back up your local database before upgrading. ITGLA v0.2.0 upgrades supported older databases to schema v5; older releases may refuse to open the newer schema. Windows packages are currently unsigned and may trigger operating-system warnings.
Third-party services
Downloads and feedback rely on infrastructure providers. Third-party services have separate terms and privacy policies. Links do not imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITGLA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, data preservation, or error-free results. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ITGLA project and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use ITGLA. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Access to the website may be limited or suspended to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance. You may stop using ITGLA at any time and remove the application and local data from your devices, subject to any backups you control.
Changes and applicable law
Updated terms will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you. Any dispute remains subject to mandatory applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
