Plain terms.

The short version of how ITGLA handles data, billing, support, and security.

Privacy

Public pages do not require account cookies or third-party analytics.

Asset data, reminders, and relationships belong to the customer. Credentials should stay in the user's vault provider and are not meant to be stored as raw secrets here.

Terms

Use the service for your own team and data. Do not upload content you are not authorized to manage.

We may suspend access for abuse, security issues, or unpaid accounts.

Refunds

Trial access lasts 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. Refunds are handled case by case and where required by law.

Upgrade billing follows the published plan difference shown at checkout.

EULA

The desktop app is licensed to the subscriber or organization that paid for it. The app may not be redistributed, resold, or reverse engineered outside the limits of applicable law.

Security

Do not send passwords, private keys, or vault secrets to the public website. Store sensitive access data in a dedicated secret manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden, Vault, or AWS Secrets Manager.

The product should keep discovery and action paths separate from secret storage.

Contact

Support and feedback stay on the website.
